The affairs with bullying are never dealt with properly, the "student voice" that the school supposedly has is never taken into account (Year 10 students not consulted about GCSEs when the admin decided to take them out of the course allowing them to take Biology and Chemistry exams early; the situation with the new uniform; the senior students and their choices of ties; e.t.c), teachers that are dysfunctional and do not teach properly, teachers who have insulted and berated their students, and overall, an incredibly tense and unwelcoming environment for many people. For the love of god, don't send your child here, even if it means you send them to Swindon Academy instead.

The teacher bullied my friends trim, yeah it's a dead one but have some respect

The bullying at this school and how its delt with is appalling. Special needs child gets his nose broken by bully after parents repeated concerns to school. Head teacher didnt have the decency to contact parents to see how the child was. I have been waiting two weeks for head of year to deal with my daughters bullies but nothing!! Detentions are dished out over the most pathetic reasons but more important matters are ignored until something awful happens and even then you have chase people to get things sorted. Headteachers main priority is the safety of herself and staff not pupils.

Was bullied for the whole of 5 years throughout attending this school. I mentioned the bullying within the first term of year 7 when I was then excluded for a couple days as I tried to fix it myself; the school said they were going to sort it out but nothing was ever done. The bullying continued till I finished my gcse's and left ! Apart from that the school is pretty good

My secondary for 5 years, as well as my sister's and parents. Probably didn't appreciate it at the time, but very good learning facilities and great, knowledgeable teachers.
